Your Health Matters
All appointments or consultations are staggered so that there is at least one hour between consultations with clients. Clients will continue to be served by appointment. We’ve taken these additional measures:
- All surfaces which our clients may come into contact during an office consultation or visit are cleaned prior to and after each appointment.
- Staff are required to report any symptom of the virus and must not report to work if any symptoms exist or is believed to exist.
- We continue to maintain standard office cleaning procedures for the well-being of our clients and staff.

Your Legal Needs Matter
The law firm remains open to meet your legal needs in these incredibly stressful times.
The law office remains client-focused, results oriented. This means that we will continue to draft wills, healthcare, durable (financial) powers of attorney with diligence, and will continue to prepare quality, substantive documents for clients within seven to 10-days after the initial client meeting. We also continue to handle all probate, guardianship, real estate, contract, and other matters with the same professionalism as prior to the declaration of the pandemic.
Telephonic and Video Conferencing
Telephonic and Video Conferencing options are available for existing and new clients who are unable to personally appear in-person for a consultation or meeting.
Law office access is via 5th Street (street level). All other entrances into the Plaza on 5th Building and office lobby entrance will remain locked until further notice.
